This show is inanely good, from beginning to end. With Veep, Julia Louis-Dreyfus has landed herself as one of my favorite actresses. She not only shows her honed comedic timing here, she also oscillates between aloof to precise, terrifying (knowingly and inadvertently), and never misses a beat. I don't care too much for politics, but I was a fan of "The Thick of It", so decided to give this a try. So glad I did - it's now one of my favorite shows. Also - the ending was TOO perfect.

This the king (make that queen) of all adult comedies. Curb Your Enthusiasm took the Seinfeld formula to a more daring level, and Veep raises the bar seemingly beyond reach. I can't imagine a more outrageously entertaining show can arise from the nourishing vine of memorable comedy that resulted from the collaboration of Jerry Seinfeld and Larry David. If you've never seen Veep, watch one episode. Any episode. You'll be hooked!

This is funniest TV show currently on. The dialog and characters are just superb. Like Arrested Development, a lot of the best lines are underplayed. Like Scrubs, you get the feeling that comedy is a truer representation of its subject than a drama. And like The West Wing, it's set in Washington and is full of cursing and genital jokes.
