luv the show. but commercials should more than pay for this program. I have yet to see last 3 episodes as history app charges too. sorry ivar.

The cinematography is rich and detailed, you can practically smell the wet leaves, feel the bite of the cold and taste the salt of the sea. The characters are well crafted, and so well acted, you'd think they've been forced to live in their shacks during filming. History and history re-imagined have always been engaging for me. I was a sucker for documentaries but this, this brings history to life! And if you get drawn into the story, I encourage you to read up on the historical, non-fiction that the writers/producers and directors drew upon to create this. They do take poetic license, there certainly wasn't a stenographer on long boats, but they really do seem to try to keep as true as one can to history without making it seem too structured.

This is the best viking show ever, feel like i was right in the battles and adventures, i was always on the edge of my seat and cant stop watching it. the story is very moving as well as the actors never have i seen such talent and enthusiasm towards there rolls. astonishing on how much detail they put to this TV show and the picture is amazing, as well as the flow of the show itself with hate, passion, betrayal, friendship, loyalty, love that just hits you at home. I personally started to believe i was one of them in how in-depth this show is. I have no dislikes about the show absolute love for it.
