Warner Cartoons Classics: Foghorn Leghorn

Foghorn finds himself an unexpected father, when a girl-crazy rooster pretends to be Foghorn's son so he can get with the "chicks".

Foghorn tries to teach the brainy chicken, Egghead Jr., about the great outdoors.

Foghorn gets chased by two hillbilly chicken hawks, Pappy and Elvis. Foghorn eventually outsmarts the shotgun wielding pair.

Foghorn and the farm dog have reached old age and are far past their fighting phase, instead they prefer to sit around and play chess. Seeing their kids fight brings them memories of their past that they reminisce of.

Foghorn tries to teach Junior to stop reading all his books and to go out into the world. They play all sorts of games, but in each, Junior seems to mess up Foghorn.

A sneaky fox tries to use the arguments between Foghorn and the Dog to get into the chicken coop. He tries to trick Foghorn with a variety of salesman ploys to steer both the chicken and dog away from the coop.

Foghorn and a cat get into a debacle over a worm that Leghorn is chasing. Foghorn wants to eat the worm, but the cat wants the worm for bait to catch fish.

Foghorn Leghorn, the dog, and Henery Hawk all play pranks on each other in the barnyard. Henery decides to cook the loser as Foggy and the dog are fighting.

Foghorn Leghorn is cold in his shack and decides to befriend the Widow Hen so he can live in her warm house. The Hen agrees as long as Foggy will be a good father to her kid, Junior. Junior out smarts Foggy in every game they play. Foggy gets mad and while trying to set a trap for Junior he blows himself up. He decides to leave the Hen's house because he can now keep warm in his bandages.

Foggy is being attacked by the dog, but turns the situation into a football match where he kicks the dogs head. Prissy is looking for a husband and dresses up a bowling ball in a costume so she can get back at Foggy for hurting the dog.

The barnyard dog steals an ostrich egg and places it by Foggy. When Foggy wakes up, he thinks he has laid a huge egg. When the ostrich is born, Foggy introduces him to the dog, who insults him. Foggy, defending for his ostrich "son," plays pranks on the dog, and both the rooster and the dog end up in a water tower, which leaves the ostrich confused and alone.

None of the hens in the barnyard are nice to Miss Prissy so she tries to commit suicide but Foggy saves her. She immediately falls in love with Foggy. He eventually reciprocates those feelings and they get married.

Foggy and Br'er Dog can't stand each other, and they use the weasels in their fights. The weasels are easily talked into doing things for either side and end up in the middle of every fight.

Widow Hen needs a babysitter for her son. Foghorn Leghorn steps in and volunteers to babysit believing there is no such thing as a bad boy. He learns that the boy is not just a bad boy, but the worst boy.

Banty is a world champion fighter who begins swinging anytime he hears a bell. He stumbles upon Foghorn's farm. When Foghorn learns about Banty's problem, he plans how to use Banty against his foe -- a farm dog.

Foghorn Leghorn fools a guard dog into running around crazy-like by yelling, "weasel!" When the real weasel comes, the dog doesn't believe Foghorn, so he doesn't lift a finger to help. Foghorn decides to team up with the weasel to get rid of the dog.

During a snow-covered winter, Foghorn Leghorn uses the weasel against the barn's guard dog. The guard dog also uses the weasel against Foghorn, sending him back and forth for both sides.
