Everything about this series is of the highest quality... Apart from the fact its historically inaccurate. I would have given this 5 stars but as it's complete fiction pretending to be fact I can only give it 4 stars

The acting, the direction, the lighting.... Everything is of the very very best. Brilliant. We have watched all episodes twice and the second time is better than the first. Mark Rylance is amazing.

Having read the books this was based on, it's really true to them and of the period. It's good of you're studying this period in history for general understanding too.
