This show couldn't come more highly recommended. Chef Joel Gamoran's passion for culinary resourcefulness is inspiring to a point of jubilant joy. There's zero shame around a topic that can easily make people feel bad for being so wasteful. Joel side steps guilt and ignites the watcher to look at food differently, using knowledge & creativity to meet up with all-star chefs around the country and curate genius menus. I'd give this show 7 stars if I could. Chef Joel stands for the bruised, the forgotten, and the back of the fridge, and I stand with him. After all there's no such thing as waste, just misplaced resources. A must watch for any conscious foodie!
