About this show

Two parents and their three children are locked in an unequal battle for power in this acclaimed comedy. Dad Pete and mum Sue are attempting to raise their kids with the minimum of emotional damage for all concerned. But they are up against a regal five-year-old girl with a talent for interrogation, an seven-year-old boy with a penchant for lying and a lovelorn 11-year-old who spends most of his time on his computer. How can they ever win? Using elements of improvisation, Outnumbered sees the world as much from the children's as the adults' point of view.

5* for the show fantastic, if anyone didn't know the writers gave the kids a guide on what they wanted them to say but let them ad lib, which is why I think it's so natural. The whole lot is available on Netflix though which is cheaper sorry Google! If anyone loves this the new film out atm (oct 14) by the same writers, called - what we did on our holiday with Billy Connolly, David Tennant & Ben Miller in, that also has 3 young kids in and is just as good, went to see it a couple of weeks ago!

Always loved this comedy for it's great simplicity and amazing reflection of real family life nowadays. It is not farfetched or unrealistic and I find it very funny. Nothing over the top. Perfect.
