The gang are on a summer holiday in Morocco. The villa may be half finished, in the middle of nowhere and without running water, but they've found a load of weed under the floorboards so they don't care. That night, they hear music pounding nearby. Using Alo's party-tracking skills, they find the source - a flash villa owned by Luke (Joe Cole). He invites them to join the party. It's amazing - the best music, drink and drugs the gang could hope for. Franky, unhappy in her relationship with Matty, finds herself drawn towards Luke. The following day, Luke and his mate Jake (James Burrows) pay the gang a visit. They're in Morocco on business, and have been stashing their weed in the gang's villa. Luke forgives the gang for smoking it, but tells them he needs the rest back and invites them to a beach party. While everyone parties away on the beach, Luke and Jake make their move. Matty and Franky are drawn into a situation they can't control, which will have repercussions for all of their friends. When they return to Bristol everything has changed.

Professor David Blood has banned Rich from visiting Grace in hospital and it's killing him. Alo tries to keep Rich out of trouble with band practice, but Rich is committed to his love. He stands outside the hospital, waiting. Then one day his phone rings – it's Grace. She's woken up and needs to see him. Rich finds a way past security and breaks into Grace's room. The lovers are reunited, but they have a problem - Blood is moving Grace to another hospital in Zurich. Grace doesn't want to be separated from Rich ever again. Rich promises he won't let that happen. Then Blood discovers Rich and has him thrown out. The next day, Rich goes to Grace's house to appeal to Professor Blood. When he gets there, he discovers that the Bloods have already gone. Rich moves into the house, sleeping in Grace's bed and sifting through old home movies of her growing up. Days later, Alo tracks Rich down and pledges to help his best mate. But Alo has other things on his mind. Soon, cracks begin to develop in the boys' friendship and it falls to Liv to bring the fractured group together and bring Grace back where she belongs.

Alo still has no idea that Mini is carrying his baby. Fed up of trying to get back to the fun times they used to have, he attempts to get over Mini by hooking up with a new girl, Poppy Champion. She’s perfect for Alo and they hit it off immediately. Mini is soon a distant memory, and Franky’s attempts to make him see sense fall on deaf ears.

It's the last day of exams and Alex throws a big party to celebrate. He's still living in his Grandmother's house; Liv has moved in too. Liv parties hard and is sick in the back garden. She hears a familiar voice coming from the alleyway behind the house. When she goes to investigate, she sees Grace standing in the distance...

Mini and Franky have been hiding from the world in Mini's house for several weeks. Mini's bump is now too pronounced to hide, while Franky is avoiding Nick and doing her best to delay the inevitable moment when he realises his brother is back. When Shelley returns from her holidays, she knows something is up and tells Franky to leave.

Franky tears her house apart and finds the address of her old social worker. She hitches a ride to Birmingham with Dylan, a lorry driver whose optimism irritates her. Meanwhile, Mini lies in hospital, her condition uncertain. Nick and Matty put their differences aside and set out to find Franky, aware of how much trouble she is in. She falls asleep there and is awoken by a figure from her past. It's her older sister, Clara, who greets Franky frostily. Clara tells Franky that their Mum is dead. She seems to be okay with this - their Mum was a waste o Although she invites Franky to her flat, Clara is distant and cold. When Franky attempts to glean more information from Clara about their mother, Clara snaps. She resents Franky - she had to stay and look after Mum while Franky got to live a new life with good parents. She tells Franky she should leave - there's too much water under the bridge. They can't have a relationship. Franky is heart broken. She steals Clara's ring. Then the Levan brothers turn up. Franky feels suffocated by them. Alone in the world and When she wakes up, she discovers to her horror that he has taken her back to Bristol. She jumps from the lorry cab and badly injures herself. Dylan takes her to the same hospital as Mini. When Franky goes to find Mini, she finds Liv by her friend's side. Liv lays into Franky, berating her selfishness. Mini, who has been pretending to be asleep the whole time just to avoid dealing with Liv, opens her eyes and tells Liv to back off. She's having a baby and being a bitch won't help anyone. Liv storms out and Mini comforts Franky, telling her she has to sort her shit out, becaus Depressed, Liv tries to persuade Alex not to go to Thailand - he's all she has left. Alex won't be swayed but tells Liv it'll b Nick takes Matty to Rich's house. Even though he hates his brother, he doesn't want him to get arrested and their Dad's getting suspicious. Rich agrees, giving Matty the chance to apologise to him for abandoning Grace after the crash. Rich tells Matty it's okay Alo turns up at the hospital and tells Mini he's taking her to Alex's end of year pool party. They persuade Franky to come with them - when they get there the party is in full swing. Franky stands alone, drinking shots. The Levan brothers arrive simultaneously and spot Franky just as she spots them. They both give chase and she dives into the pool, then runs into the depths of the building to avoid them. When she reaches an attic room, she finds a locked door. She is unable to run any more. Grace appears and tells Franky to stop running - just tell the truth and all will be well. When the Levan brothers track her down, Franky admits the truth. She doesn't love either of them. Nick can't fix her and what she had with Matty is gone. In truth, their competition for her was just a way for them to love one another. She lea When Franky exits the party, she finds Clara waiting for her.
