About this show

After eight years of absence, Steve Coogan has brought back to life one of his most renowned and outrageous characters - Alan Partridge. Unable to resurrect his TV career, our unique presenter Alan is now hosting a radio show called Alan Partridge's Mid-Morning Matters on North Norfolk Digital with Sidekick Simon, a lab technician he met in a pub, who Alan thinks is so hilarious he decides to give him a break on live radio. Filmed through a webcam-eye-view, this is Alan Partridge for the digital age, although he hasn't quite caught up with the rest of us.

The show is as good as ever but, bizarrely, the entire first series appears to be included twice as the two programme package versions and the individual 15 minute versions. Exactly the same excel in two parts. This "boxset" package is therefore not as good a deal as it originally looks.
