Meet the high-end realtors of Picken Real Estate in New York City. Alex Picken's team consists of Michael, a former Hollywood actor who returned to his roots in Manhattan to sell restaurants and nightclubs, Jason, who's been with Picken for a few years but always goes about his deals as a lone ranger, Danielle, a saavy businesswoman who knows how to make it in a man's world and Hazm, a young realtor on his way up the market's ladder. Get to know Alex's cutthroat crew and watch them haggle deals not only with clients--but with each other!

Not long after Hazm's offer to the owners of Flor de Sol was turned down, Danielle informs Michael she has a buyer looking to present a good offer. However, when her client blindsides her with a lowball number, she gets Michael in trouble with his sellers! Meanwhile, Danielle is still on Jason's bad side and looking to pick another fight by pitting one of her buyers against one of his on the same property. Plus, Hazm is scrambling to find his sports bar owners a good space after their deal at Flor de Sol fell through. But will he be too late to earn their business?

Michael meets with one of New York's classic restaurant owners--but in a city with constant change, can he take him from Hell's Kitchen to Harlem? Meanwhile in Midtown, Hazm is working with restaurateurs from Egypt to create the next luxury after-work lounge fitted for the city's finance gurus who work hard and play harder. Plus, can Danielle protect her pocket listings? See things heat up when she overhears her coworkers discussing confidential information. Fresh off his major deal for Picken Real Estate, Hazm is feeling confident--maybe too much so. When he finds out Danielle has a good space as a pocket listing, he tells her whatever she wants to hear just to cash in on the commission. However, her many years in real estate gives her the wisdom to know that something's not right--and Hazm definitely can't be trusted. Meanwhile, Michael is having a bad month as far as sales go, so Alex sticks him on a tough listing to challenge him. Plus, Jason is in for a shock when one of his clients shuts down his tavern prior to what they had planned on.

Following Danielle's threat to leave Picken Real Estate, Alex extends an offer she can't refuse! With her senority at the company and insane knack for details, he gives her the chance to be the vice president--which shakes her male counterparts to their core. Michael, Jason and Hazm aren't ready to be bossed around by a girl, but Danielle's no sissy--and she's up to the task of whipping them into shape. Meanwhile, Michael is floundering even with a new exclusive, Jason has a potential buyer for one of Danielle's spaces but won't sign off on the paperwork and Hazm throws his own buyer for a loop just before the papers are signed on a rental.

In the season finale, Alex pulls Jason aside to ask him to bring in more listings for Picken, but his words of encouragement push Jason to look elsewhere for work. Could he return to residential where he'll make his commissions plus salary? Meanwhile, Michael works on what could be Picken's biggest deal of the year. And after his poor sales, he really needs it to work out. Plus, Hazm isn't finished annoying all of his coworkers as he now tries to go behind Michael's back to sell Flor de Sol.
