It isn't the worst definitely worth the watch but every character is a quick witted, caracture of a high schooler, who apparently knows everything about "surviving" a killer. No character comes across as very likable, although they all have thier moments. The tone, pacing, and kills do make up for the short falls of the almost cartoonish characters who lack depth.

I wanted to like this show more than anything. i cant. It is NOTHING like the movie. Its alhmost as if they watched the movie 20 years ago and there trying to duplicate what they remember. Now the show is not completely bad. Every time i want to stop watching theres a flash of genuine fun that brings back the feeling of the film, but those moments are few and far between. All in all you might like this if your a stereotypical teenager, just like all the characters. Every character is a stereotypical teen
