After a vital discovery at the farm, Stan and Mick feel closer to shoring up their own suspicions about Jeremy. The arrival of Brett, a friend from New Zealand, increases tensions between Jeremy and Julie, while Ann grows ever more alarmed and suspicious of her cousin Jeremy's behaviour, and his handling of the family estate. As preparations for the inquest continue, Stan is concerned that if the bodies are released for cremation, vital evidence will be lost for ever.

The funerals approach, and without the answers he needs and still more questions being thrown up from White House Farm, Stan's efforts remain fruitless. When all looks lost for Stan and Mick solving the case, a vital witness comes forward.
5 Episode 4
2/5/20
Even though the testimony of a vital witness fills in the blanks and answers some of Stan and Mick's questions, even more complications are thrown up. This aside, Stan and Mick are still able to make the first arrests of the case and continue questioning in the hopes that they lead to further solutions. But as the questioning continues, it becomes apparent to Stan, Mick and now Taff that the new testimony may not be motivated by a guilty conscience and a desire for justice.
6 Episode 4
2/12/20
As the case races towards its conclusion and all evidence and information is gathered, scrutinised and interrogated, a very publicised and polarised trial begins, calling those involved in the case to testify before the jury and packed gallery. Stan, Mick, Jeremy, Julie, Ann, David and Colin hold their breath and nerve as accounts conflict and passionate testimonies are aired to the court, and the jury make their final verdict of what really happened that night at White House Farm.
