Last Light

Andy (Matthew Fox), the lead petro-chemist for a major oil company, is urgently called in to work in the Middle East as a major global energy crisis begins to unravel. The trip comes just days before he is scheduled to go to Paris with his son, Sam (Taylor Fay), who is to undergo surgery to correct a degenerative eye disease. As chaos begins to build in the outside world, Andy becomes more desperate to find answers and reunite with his family.

Andy (Matthew Fox) and Mika (Amber Rose Revah) arrive at the lab in Luzrah to begin analyzing the oil samples. As the unrest grows in Europe, Elena (Joanne Froggatt) decides it is best for her and Sam (Taylor Fay) to go back home to London, but with travel severely limited due to the emerging energy crisis, they find that journey increasingly difficult. Meanwhile, Andy's daughter Laura (Alyth Ross), a budding environmental activist, begins livestreaming the effects of the energy crisis as they unfold around her in London.

Andy (Matthew Fox) gets to work trying to figure out the source of the unfolding oil crisis and makes an alarming discovery, but finds that he will need his daughter Laura's help to confirm his findings.
