Birdgirl

Not a fit sequel to Harvey Birdman or as a show in general. Birdgirl is very boring lacking the quick pace and raunchy humor of its precessor. Also characters designs just aren't appealing. Example Jessica Rabbit figured Judy(Birdgirl) curves( Bust and buns) are completely removed and given a Brie Larson body in fact all women in the show are drawn flat or fat. Characters just don't click like the old and lack charm. Humor's really girly and cutesy when it should be sexy and over the top.

No idea why this show is getting any hate. It's not THE SAME SHOW as Harvey Birdman but who should realistically expect that? The animation quality is phenomenal, and while the cast is mostly new characters (Birdgirl is the only character really carried directly from the old show, barring all the references to Phil Ken Sebben) I think they did a good job assembling a quirky set of original characters. It's got the same subversive, adult sense of humor as the previous show and is topical today in the same way as the previous show was to its decade. I recommend watching the pilot for free on YouTube and if you like it, then buy the season here. That's what I did.

I thought this was an excellent show I don't understand the hate they aren't the same show. This was funny, upbeat but there were some more tense and emotional scenes which was a good touch I liked it.
