Indy teams up with community organizers/rooftop farmers Monique Noel and Pete White at the Los Angeles Community Action Network, as well as Farmscape CEO Dan Allen to figure out how Joanna can maximize her limited roof space. Indy helps Joanna bring her farm down to the people and bring people up to the farm.

Indy Officinalis visits a kelp farm in Alaska run by Mark Scheer, who wants to bolster sustainable farming and support his community. Indy needs to help Mark bring in more revenue to secure the future of his underwater seaweed farm. She meets with scientists, traditional farmers, and aqua farmers who speak with her about the positive impact kelp and kelp farming can have on the environment.

Indy helps three young women in LA transform a vacant lot into a micro farm. Indy teams up with a landscape architect trying to overthrow the American lawn, three siblings carrying on their father's urban homestead legacy, and a chef-turned-farmer growing food for restaurants in his backyard. With their help, Indy tackles issues with heat, irrigation, and pollination.
5 Towers of Power

Indy Officinalis helps a hydroponic indoor farm employing people with autism. She receives advice from experts at the world's largest vertical farm on how to improve the water circulation systems and meets with the Mayor of Jersey City to see how growing food indoors can help combat food insecurity and get the next generation excited about healthy eating.
6 Nature's Bounty

Indy Officinalis venture to Missouri to help a young couple plant a food forest. Indy and foraging legend Bo Brown take Craig and Jill out to forage, passing along life-changing knowledge about plant identification. Indy also teams up with permaculturist Bob Glinn to design a layout for the farm which will restore the land back to its natural ecosystem, and create unique crops to sell.
