Over a decade ago, a meteor shower brought destruction to the unsuspecting citizens of Smallville, Kansas. Jonathan, Martha and Clark carefully hide the fact that Clark possesses unearthly powers, even from his best friends and classmates Chloe Sullivan (series star ALLISON MACK)--the intrepid investigative reporter for the Smallville High Torch--and straight-talking Pete Ross (series star SAM JONES III). Clark struggles with his feelings for both the beautiful girl next door, Lana Lang (series star KRISTIN KREUK), and the more receptive Chloe.

Jonathan and Martha scramble to find an explanation for Clark's behavior before he exposes his true identity to the world. Meanwhile, Lana is drawn to the "new" Clark, who openly declares his love for her.
5 Nocturne
10/22/02
Clark becomes concerned when a mysterious poet, Byron Moore (SEAN FARIS), leaves love notes for Lana at her parents' grave. Clark warns her to stay away from Byron, but she is intrigued. They become determined to save Byron--but he has a dangerous secret.
6 Redux

Smallville is OK, Clark Kent has the shortest lines ever and the script does not live up to expectations. Clark hes super powers but never knows how to use them. A BIG PROBLEM is that Google Play would not show my purchases from seven years ago, all the sudden it is not longer available in YouTube or Google Play in 07oct2020 is there is no path available to report this to Google Play. I tried several ways and spent 2 days trying to resolve this issue. Everything was working up to this day and then Google or YouTube did something and my account was not longer available in a Roku 3, chromecast and in my PC, without a warning. The Smallville production gets 5 stars because of actors, the script could be better. Google Play is questionable at best and gets 0 stars. There has to be a better way to purchase videos and to be in the google account without having to spend so much time solving issues.

I watched this while it was on TV and was hooked. While it had some great moments, and best Lex Luthor ever, my only complaint was the very last episode of season 10, the scenes everyone waited for was cheapened by CGI, and poor CGI at that. So I waited 10 years for a CGI Superman that you dont even get to see up close, only from a distance thats why its 4 stars, and Darkseid was horrible CGI also, I got excited for nothing. But lots of love for the final scene which pretty much pays respect to former Superman actor Christopher Reeves.
