Meanwhile, Bobbi is stuck sharing her lunch hours with the most annoying student at Xavier.
3 Wrestling for Love

4 Gerry Runs a Sweat Shop
2/9/16

Gerry hatches a new “get rich quick” scheme selling counterfeit One Direction merchandise when he finds out the band is in town. But making countless beaded bracelets at home is tedious work, and Gerry soon realizes he has a whole classroom full of potential unpaid labourers just waiting to be exploited. Meanwhile, the teachers look for any excuse to avoid being placed in the dreaded room 207A; and Frank’s expenditures are called into question.
5 Re-Tired of Marking
2/16/16
Season-only
When Gerry is suddenly promoted from sub to full-time teacher, his initial thrill is quickly squashed by the realization that he’s back to real teaching responsibilities: namely, marking. Upon meeting a retired teacher who yearns for his old days in the classroom, Gerry concocts a scheme that seems too good to be true. Finding himself temporarily on crutches, Robert bonds with Frank, who takes him out for drinks and introduces him to a community of differently-abled folks who aren’t receptive to Robert’s brief foray into their world. Meanwhile, Nisha makes the rounds with yet another fundraiser, testing the staff’s generosity.
6 Duncan vs Bailey

Season-only
When Gerry learns that former Olympic champion Donovan Bailey is coming to town, he’s determined to seek retribution for a long-standing bone he has with the track “star.” Meanwhile, Simon decides to ask Nisha to the semi-formal dance, ignoring the pertinent detail that the dance is for the students; and Robert feels left out when none of the students ask him to sign their yearbook.
7 Student Teacher
3/1/16
Season-only
Gerry and Simon are both assigned student teachers. Gerry is thrilled to have a minion picking up the slack, while Simon is anxious about the added responsibility. Gerry soon learns that his hands-off approach will not work, as his student teacher, Gloria, is terrified of the students and requires Gerry’s presence at all times. Meanwhile, in an effort to step up her fitness game, Bobbi takes supplements, to alarming results; and Emma’s fairytale characters bear alarming similarities to some of the staff.
8 Gerry Wants a Union
3/8/16
Season-only
After Gerry has an unpleasant run-in with a unionized construction worker, he decides he wants to form a teachers union at Xavier. Some early calculations suggest that the vote is a dead split, with Simon left as the swing. In an effort to win Simon’s vote, Gerry agrees to host Simon’s mom’s party at his apartment, which he comes to regret upon realizing that he’s hosting a swingers’ “key party.” Meanwhile, Robert reads the riot act when Malik skips out early on his janitorial duties; and Lisa is smitten with Trudy’s brother, but finds herself uncomfortable with their close relationship.
9 Duncan Does Detention

In an effort to capitalize on Dwyer’s recent divorce, Bobbi invites him over for dinner and attempts to seduce him the only way she knows how. Poorly. Robert, meanwhile, is consumed with uncovering his lunch thief.
11 Hell-icopter Mom
3/29/16

Meanwhile, Ricki sells pencils to Robert and drives a hard bargain.
12 Out Cold
4/5/16

As Gerry and Robert engage in a misguided competition to win her affection, the two find themselves lost in the woods and in pretty dire straights. Meanwhile, when Lisa finds out that Trudy is running a morbid “death pool” gambling ring, she attempts to shut it down, only to learn that she’s the odds on favourite to die next. And Simon and Frank’s innocent game of rugby spoons takes an ugly turn.
13 Gerry Turns 40
4/12/16
Season-only
Gerry is turning forty, and after finding a letter he wrote to himself ten years earlier, he becomes acutely aware of everything he has failed to accomplish. Clearly not the family man, Gerry attempts to prove that he’s the other type of “awesome forty.” But when his wild night out doesn’t go as planned, Gerry takes drastic measures to meet the expectations set out in his own letter. Meanwhile, Simon’s ferret goes missing and Lisa wants to impress the chairman of the board of trustees by putting on an elaborate fun fair in his honour, which quickly devolves into a complete disaster.

About this show

He's the world's best teacher...just ask him. Based on Gerry Dee's real-life experiences as a high school teacher before he switched to comedy full-time, Mr. D is the story of a charming, under-qualified teacher trying to fake his way through a teaching job, just like he often fakes his way through life.

As educators, we find this the funniest show and are bingeing it during quarantine. Should start with S1 E1 to get the feel. He does everything he shouldn't, which, to us has us laughing out loud quite a bit during each episode. Heading over to the last season. We will be sad when it ends. :(

One of my favorite comedies on right now and by far the best Canadian comedy I have seen in forever! Some might not like or get the humor but if you do you cant stop laughing.
