Don't waste your time watching NCIS: Hawaiʻi, it's a spin off with no connection to NCIS or NCIS: LA or NCIS: New Orleans, because there was no backdoor episode on NCIS, so don't expect to see Gibbs, McGee, or Vance or there team, Don't expect to see Callan, Sam or Hetty or the others, don't expect to see Pride or his team. NCIS: Hawaiʻi also doesn't have a intro or theme song at all lame.

This show is so dumb. Not even a spin off of new Orleans. It's slow an with the worst actors ever. BRING BACK NEW ORLEANS. This show won't last. I tried to give it one more shot, but nope still dumb.

Writing this review after watching the first four episodes. As with NCIS and NCIS:LA, it takes a few episodes for the characters to settle in and for the viewer to make the necessary connections with the characters. For me, by episode 4, that is happening. Apparently I am not alone since CBS recently confirmed the original 13 episodes has now been expanded to an entire season. If you like NCIS and NCIS:LA and are not expecting a clone of either show and like the way the characters interact, I think you will like NCIS:Hawai'i.
