At Tippie Toes Nail & Beauty Salon, one of Miami’s premier destinations for the fashion-forward, a signature crystal embellished manicure from 26-year-old owner Dana Cody can cost upwards of $10,000. But running a high-priced salon is no easy feat. Dana must uphold the legacy of her late mother while managing the lively personalities of her employees. Can Dana keep everything polished and running smoothly?
