1 And So It Begins
8/18/19
It's 7AM in Borneo. For the students at one of the world's most unusual schools, that means class is in session. Under threat from poachers and deforestation, orangutans are on the brink of extinction. But thanks to the efforts of the teachers at Nyaru Menteng, these youngsters still have a chance in the wild. Follow a group of orphaned orangutans as they learn the skills they need to survive.
2 Movin' on Up
8/18/19
It's a big day at Nyaru Menteng: caretakers attempt to reunite two-week-old Clarita with her mother Clara following a traumatic separation. After days apart, there's concern that Clara might reject her. Meanwhile, two lucky orangutans on the pre-release islands are ready to begin their journey back to the wild, but pandemonium breaks loose when an aggressive male turns on the staff.
3 King of the Jungle
8/25/19
A team has spent two days working to capture 18 orangutans from a pre-release island so they can continue their journey back to the wild. It's not always an easy task. At 200 pounds, 16-year-old Kasper is the king of the island, and he's not willing to give up his crown without a fight. The stakes are high: with the strength of seven men, an irate orangutan is not a charge to be taken lightly.
4 The Misfits
8/25/19
It's a big day for the team when an extraordinary new arrival shows up. Five-year-old Alba is unlike any orangutan seen at Nyaru Menteng before. Snow white with blue eyes, Alba has albinism, making her one of the rarest orangutans in the world. She's suffered traumatic experiences in the wild, but here she seems willing to trust the humans who have her best interests at heart.
5 A Whole New World
9/1/19
It's hard to predict how orangutans approaching adulthood will react to life on pre-release Bangamat Island. When four large males are set loose, chaos ensues, putting all the residents in danger. One agitated ape threatens to topple a boat, risking the safety of other orangutans on board. The staff must act fast to stave off disaster and think quickly to safely release the rest of the orangutans.
6 Weighs and Means
9/1/19
The wild jungles of Borneo can be treacherous. The island is home to nearly 160 species of snakes--many of them venomous. When a keeled pit viper unexpectedly appears in the compound, the staff leaps into action. After quickly capturing the intruder, they decide to give the orangutans a crash course in snake awareness. From the very first moment, it's clear this is no ordinary classroom lesson.
7 Handle with Care
9/8/19
It's another busy day at Nyaru Menteng. Rescued orangutan Josh has a broken wrist, and Beni's bad breath warrants a trip to the dentist. Alba ha recovered from a typhoid scare, but when she's removed from isolation, will the other orangutans welcome her back? What's worse, a forest school youngster is struck by malaria. Can the staff stop this deadly disease from sweeping through the school?
8 Tots, Teens and Tantrums
9/8/19
It's a time of change at Nyaru Menteng. Beni, the gentle giant, is now on a strict diet, much to his chagrin. The older students are in an age of discovery, with hormones running wild. The arrivals of two new babies mean things are getting crowded in the nursery ward. In a surprise twist, a mysterious new orphan shows up at the school--and it's not an orangutan.
9 Second Chances
9/15/19
There's trouble on Bangamat Island. Pregnant Ponti is missing, and her baby is due any day. Scouring the forest in search of a runaway orangutan is no simple task. Meanwhile, Clara and her infant Clarita are finally healthy enough to join the rest of the orangutans after overcoming a traumatic kidnapping, but an icy reception from the other residents could spell disaster for this little family.
10 Return to the Wild
9/15/19
The pressure is high at Nyaru Menteng. A clumsy climber faces being held back if she can't start making progress. After being denied bananas one time too many, an overweight orangutan takes matters into his own hands. And for six remarkable jungle school graduates, it's a day of new beginnings. Journey into the heart of Borneo as these special creatures are finally set free.

About this show

In the heart of Borneo's rainforest in Indonesia lies a unique school, where rescued orphan orangutans are taught survival skills by a team of specially trained humans. Like standard schooling, an education at Nyaru Menteng Rescue Center takes years, from nursery to graduation, and can be an emotional journey for both students and teachers. Over three episodes, we show what it takes for each primate to master the jungle school curriculum, navigate the growing pains of adulthood, and achieve the ultimate goal: a chance to return to the wild.

It would take me to the end of time to say all I have to say about this show. Spectacular writing, acting, foreshadowing, effects, I could go on. Every part of this is produced to the peak of Western Television. I have tried for hours to find a single flaw and just can’t. It is everything anyone could ask for and if you disagree, you can unfollow. Truly the greatest piece of moving picture to ever take place.I can hardly wait for new episodes each week. Thank you to all the staff for making this

I have always been fascinated with animals especially Orangutans, whales, horses, and cats. That is why when I saw a clip in your youtube account, I knew then that I need to watch thsi show. But upon checking, it seems like it's currently unavailable in my country. Is there any other way for me to watch this show? Thank you.
