Have you ever even looked at building codes or not stuck the bar you rescued with a over priced bill? Because that is just what you do. You ruin great places and force them out of business!

As a bar aficionado and a hopeful future bar owner, I find this show absolutely fascinating and highly entertaining. Jon Taffer is knowledgable and very tough, but he also can connect with the bar owners on an emotional level when necessary. The bar transformations are just incredible to watch, from the facility to the staff getting trained by true experts. And the show always pays off with the big reveal that 99% of the time has the owners and the employees in awe, many times crying tears of joy. Love the show and would recommend it to anyone, even teetotalers.
