When Russell objects to Sü taking part in the violent sport Zoey feels abandoned, and Sü has to show them that they’re not alone.
5 Date Night
8/22/16
Season-only
Sensing underlying problems in her relationship, Sü tries to compensate by arranging a double date—her and Russell with Chris and this curious “Isabelle.” Antonia realizes that her lesbian-grapevine reputation as a good lay has not only overshadowed her real personality, but that when she thinks about her sexuality and her body, she comes to some alarming conclusions. Zoey tries to date someone online who is cool and dangerous while Sandra would rather they not date at all. And taking a pair of contract killers on a double-date proves to be as good an idea as it sounds.
6 Assess This!
8/29/16
Season-only
Sü and Phil both go through medical assessment for surgery—but the gatekeeper is rigorously gender- normative and Russell is anything but supportive. Zoey and Sandra clash over Sandra’s fear of losing custody versus Zoey’s desire to transition. Antonia makes an annoucement. Chris learns to relate to another human being. All very uplifting. Oh, and Sandra gets a lead.

Awesome in so many ways! Addresses issues in a way sensitive enough to be real, but the show stays light and doesn't suffer from 'preaching'.

Cute, funny show. I enjoyed the POC and trans representation. Content notice for misgendering, smoking, fetishization of trans womxn, violence, sexual references, medical gatekeeping, and sexual harassment in the workplace.

Truly wonderful series!!!! The craft of art is marvellous, and afaik it is one of the very first series where trans characters are actually played by trans people. Another truly wonderful aspect related to sharing culture: The authors have put it on Youtube to watch freely! I truly endorse this attitude, so of course i bought it afterwards to support the authors!! :) <3
