Watching this show a long time. People dont listen. They have been eating themselves to death for years due to emotional problems. But when you get a dr who can actually help you, some of the people dont want to give up their food. I'll tell you one thing, Ive been fat for a long time. This show hot mre off the couch, and started me moving. To this day, I have gained and lost weight twice. Gained it all back from a car accident. He probably is arrogant...hes trying to save their lives.

He doesn't know how to talk to/inspire his patients AT ALL... and he's pretty arrogant. No need to be so arrogant and talk to your patients like they're retarded... We all make mistakes and he sure isn't perfect as you can see just by looking at the way he acts and talks. Obviously over eating is bad, but he just doesn't know how to inspire his patients and surgery does nothing without properly inspiring your patients.
