I want a refund bc Google is not only 2 weeks behind posting episodes but when they finally do post a episode it's another 2 weeks before they post another one instead of every week. I've never had this problem Google before but I want my money back

I paid for the whole series twice and they still want me to pay for every episode, how do I get ahold of someone to get my money back?

Why does the app take my payment for new episodes and then the new episode isn't available to watch until the next day? Rude. Don't take my money without delivering as promised!
