The Black Ink Crew is back! O'S**t's visit to court brings his baby mamas together for a family gathering that ends in broken tables and broken promises. Ceaser and Puma's 15 year friendship comes to a shocking end when Puma oversteps his boundaries under Ceaser's reign. When Dutchess and Cease get matching "King" and "Queen" tattoos, it becomes obvious to the rest of the crew that this self-proclaimed "power couple" is here to stay.

Ceaser and Dutchess are missing in action and the lights are out (literally) at Black Ink! O'S**t has a "dope-ass" tattoo to do for a loyal client and is psyched to make some much-needed "lawyer money." When the electric company arrives and pulls the power because Cease hasn't paid the bill, the crew can't work and they are forced to close the shop. O'S**t gets some tough love from his bail bondsmen on the impending consequences of him not taking his legal troubles seriously.

In the wake of Sassy's dramatic departure, Ceaser is left to wonder if the joke, and Dutchess' attitude, have gone too far. Alex uncovers some scandalous information about Dutchess online…information that could ruin her reputation. Ceaser goes to family court to speak with his new lawyer about visitation rights with his daughter, Cheyenne. Ted decides to sit down with Ceaser's Baby Mama, Crystal, to see if he can talk some sense into her.

With the Black Ink staff numbers dwindling, Ceaser meets with a potential new (female) employee, who is quickly shot down by the reigning queen of the shop, Dutchess. In an attempt to mend his broken family, O'S**t catches up with his Baby Mama #1, Kathy, who he hasn't seen since she attacked his ex-girlfriend, Kaylin. Puma checks in with Alex and gives her some news that could lead to civil war within the Black Ink Crew.

When Dutchess tells Ceaser the news about Puma's new tattoo shop, he is shocked and hurt by his friend's betrayal. Meanwhile, Puma receives a civic award and announces his big news at a local Harlem event. Ceaser tattoos Jadakiss, who gets him thinking about friendship and loyalty. Ted finally gets the nerve to confront Ceaser about Dutchess and her manipulative ways, but then Dutchess finds out and flips.

AIDS activist Maria Davis visits Dutchess at the shop for an HIV/AIDS Awareness tattoo and the entire crew is moved by her inner strength and personal story. Puma defends Sassy from a rowdy group in Central Park and ends up getting in a fight. Walt meets up with Alex, whose strange behavior leaves him wondering if he picked the wrong friend to confide in about the search for his father. Ceaser decides to man up and have a sit down with Puma.

When Dutchess and Ceaser are hours late for a photo shoot at the shop, the editor of the magazine rips them a new one. Both Ceaser and Dutchess are left to wonder how the stress of their relationship may be affecting their success. Ted and Ceaser decide to take a little trip across town to surprise Puma at his new shop and the tension is palpable.

O'S**t reaches new "baby mama" heights when he reveals that he has yet another child on the way…and now has to break the news to his first baby mama, Kathy. Dutchess is thrilled when rapper Kid Ink stops by the shop and asked her to design a tattoo for him. Walt's new baby mama, Zenobia, confronts him with her fears about their future and his levels of commitment. O S**t's bail bondsmen shoot down his hopes of heading to Atlantic City for Puma's bachelor party.

In the wake of Dutchess and Ceaser's fight, Ceaser is left confused about their future together and escapes to Puma's bachelor party in Atlantic City. Puma and Ceaser attempt mend fences in the land of strippers and slot machines while Ted must decide between visiting mixxxies, Ashley and Skye. Kathy comes to Black Ink for a tattoo from O'S**t, attempting to get some closure and move on with her life.

Now that Puma and Ceaser have resolved their differences, Puma decides to invite Ceaser to his wedding in Jamaica, but under one condition…he has to leave Dutchess at home. After receiving what seems like good news about his case, O'S**t welcomes Lulu and Coley to Harlem for a visit. But when he meets with his bail bondsmen, they quickly burst his bubble by informing him that court records tell a very different story.

O'S**t's baby mamas, Coley and Kathy, face each other for the first time since that fateful, violent "family meal." Ceaser is, once again, torn between his friends and his woman as Dutchess reacts negatively to not being invited to Puma's wedding. The rest of the crew fly to Jamaica, while O'S**t and Walt are left in Harlem to hold down the shop. O'S**t goes missing and is a no-show when his ex-girlfriend and star witness, Kaylin, visits won to discuss the case.

O'S**t is still missing. The crew are worried for their friend and the shop is losing customers. Meanwhile, the Jamaica crew goes cliff diving and Puma (who neglects to tell anyone that he can't swim) nearly drowns...just days before his wedding. When O'S**t reappears, Walt tears into him about friendship and responsibility. Ceaser and Dutchess finally arrive in Jamaica together…and fighting. Dutchess runs from the resort and, unbeknownst to Ceaser, ends up collapsing in the parking lot.

The crew are having the time of their lives in Jamaica but are shocked when Ceaser suddenly appears on the beach alone...with the news that he sent Dutchess packing! Back in Harlem, O'S**t gets an ultimatum from Baby Mama #3, Anya. Puma confronts his future mother-in-law moments before the wedding, Quani breaks down crying and the crew is left wondering if this Black Ink love story will have an unhappy ending.

When Dutchess returns to town, post heart surgery, she and Ceaser face each other for the first time since their break-up in Jamaica. Puma throws a grand opening party for his new shop, Ink 124.

O'S**t learns some unsettling information about his case. Dutchess makes a surprise appearance at Walt's baby shower where she tries to make amends with Puma. While Dutch is working late, Ceaser makes an unexpected decision.

After getting caught cheating on Dutchess, Ceaser shows up at her apartment to get his things and is shocked to see the cops there. O S**t asks Puma to go ring shopping. Dutchess hosts a girl's night out and invites Sassy.

After being ripped a new one by Sky for his infidelity, Ceaser faces Dutchess for the first time since she kicked him out of the apartment. Dutch proves that bad habits are hard to break when she returns to the shop and offends the crew with her cold behavior. Looking for a new lease on life, Dutchess decides to see a plastic surgeon about breast implants.

What better way to celebrate Sky, the "Queen of the Mixxxy's" birthday, than a full-blown, old school, mixxxy party at Black Ink? While the rest of the crew is in full party-planning mode, Dutchess confronts her fears as she goes under the knife for a boob job. O'S**t's past has come back to haunt him, once again when a mystery woman named Niecey, turns up at the shop…with a baby in tow.
