What can I say, that hasn't already been said! A great series, that doesn't take it self too seriously....gives you the knowledge, of the science behind the cooking, and gives beginners and experienced chefs and cooks alike, techniques and culinary tips to take away, and use in their everyday life in the kitchen.....to create meals and utilize the same building blocks as the chefs on the show..... and serve a successful meal for family and friends to enjoy! AMERICA'S TEST KITCHEN IS ALSO ONE OF FAVS!

I learn by watching and hearing but i usually get distracted by wondering why it was done a certain way but this show like America's test kitchen tells you why and gives you options so I can just watch and learn not just the best comfort food around but I learn about gadgets that makes me a better cook and about different ingredients to try that other normal taisters liked. It's also really nice to see a cooking show where people have fun.
