A group of teenagers at their high school for Saturday detention end up trapped inside when the chemical plant in their small town explodes. Soon, they realize that they’re being surrounded by mutants ready to attack at any moment. While banding together to fight the threat outside, they must also come to terms with the challenges inside - including a secret pregnancy, a budding romance, and the truth behind the cause of the explosion.
