SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron

Normal animals are turned into giant monsters when Dr. Viper releases Katalyst X-63, an ooze which mutates everything in its path and submerges Megakat City in a mutant-infested slime. The SWAT Kats must go on a dangerous mission to Megakat Biochemical Labs in order to acquire the "antimutagen" needed to bring everything back to normal. T-Bone becomes a mutant himself when he falls in the slime and one of the creatures bites him, but things soon turn for the worse when Dr. Viper uses Katalyst X-63 on himself, transforming himself into a giant monster.

The SWAT Kats are sent through a time portal when the Pastmaster returns, finding themselves in a nightmarish future world of killer robots called Metallitack Units that are ruled by Mac and Molly Mange. Anyone not made of metal has been sent to slave labor camps, but there are still some rebel freedom fighters who resist. The SWAT Kats learn that their future selves died when the Metallikats took over, and the Pastmaster discovers that even he has been betrayed, forcing the former enemies to work together in order to storm Metallikat Headquarters in order to rescue the kidnapped Callie and Mayor Manx, and exact their revenge.

An enormous spaceship arrives to steal the planet's water supply to sell to water-dependent aliens.

Razor quits the team after a pursuit of Dark Kat leads him to believe that he has injured two civilians. T-Bone is then left to save Megakat City from destruction when Dark Kat returns with a robotic spider craft called the Black Widow, which has the ability to grow larger whenever it absorbs energy! Is this the end of the SWAT Kats, or will Razor rejoin his partner in time?

A female villain known as Turmoil takes control of Megakat City's skies and ransoms its use for two million dollars in gold per week. She also has an air force of all female pilots known as the Omega Squadron who possess a powerful ray beam weapon called the Vertigo Beam that causes other pilots to become disoriented and crash. T-Bone seems to come out okay after defeating the Omega Squadron and recovering from the effects of the Vertigo Beam, but when Turmoil tries to recruit him, he not only accepts, but proving himself loyal to her¿by trying to kill Razor!

Hard Drive uses a stolen “anti-weapons scrambler” to deactivate the Turbokat’s weapon systems.

While Dr. Abby Sinian searches for the Lost Pyramid of Katchu Pitchu, the Pastmaster shows up in order to unearth the Jeweled Headdress which holds the power to bring its previous owner's army of giant mummy warriors to life. They are sent to destroy Megakat City, but when one of the mummies knocks over Callie Briggs, he discovers that she resembles his beloved Queen Callista. Only the SWAT Kats, along with the help of a robot named Cybertron, can stop him before he forces Callie to marry him.

The SWAT Kats must help find Anna Gora and a group of miners who have gone missing in the Megakat Metallurgical Company's agracite mines after the Enforcers have failed. They soon discover that a horde of giant killer scorpions mutated by illegally dumped toxic waste is responsible.

The demon Volcanus is awakened from his sleep when a bulldozer plowing land for an industrial park on tropical Anakata Island breaks the sacred Talisman Stone. Now set loose, the beast makes its way towards Megakat City where the SWAT Kats must defeat him before he destroys the nuclear plant¿and the entire city.

When Dr. N. Zyme plans on donating his new regenerative growth formula, Viper Mutagen 368, which is derived from snake DNA, to the city, his colleague Dr. Elrod Purvis attempts to steal it but instead spills it on himself. He soon transforms into the evil mutant, Dr. Viper! Before Viper can mutate Dr. Zyme, Mayor Manx, and Callie Briggs, the SWAT Kats must come to the rescue.

When the SWAT Kats test the Turbokat's new dimensional radar system and are struck by lightning, they are sent to an alternate dimension where there are evil versions of themselves¿who work for Dark Kat! Dark Kat confuses the good T-Bone and Razor for the evil ones and sends them on a mission to steal the Mega-Detonator, which can be used for an implosion bomb that will destroy Enforcer Headquarters. Soon realizing he's made a mistake, Dark Kat sends the evil SWAT Kats after them, and the Enforcers are hot on their tails as well!

When the Metallilkats are injured after barely escaping from the SWAT Kats, Mac and Molly steal Dr. Lieter Greenbox's new invention, the Micro-Brain Repair Unit, which can fix anything. They try to fix themselves but things soon go wrong. The machine comes to life, names itself Zed and goes on a rampage, destroying the city. Anything made of metal or machinery, including Mac, is attached to Zed in order to build an armored shell which keeps getting bigger. Molly soon joins the SWAT Kats to seek vengeance against the machine, but Dr. Greenbox is doing anything he can to help Zed complete his goals.

Commander Feral believes he's fallen in love with a woman named Kataluna, but she is actually a succubus that begins to drain his lifeforce. Only the SWAT Kats can save him.
