About this show

From the team behind cult classic The League of Gentlemen, this bizarre gothic comedy sees a chain of events triggered when a mysterious masked stranger contacts five seemingly disparate characters with the chilling message: 'I know what you did'. An embittered hook-handed clown, a desperately misguided midwife, a lovestruck telekinetic dwarf, a blind avaricious collector and a murder-obsessed man-child: all are affected in different ways by the letters, and their already bizarre lives are hilariously turned on their heads.

I was a fan up until the episode with John Landis's cameo. He was responsible for the death of three people during a late night scene for one of his films, two of whom were children. Landis contravened child labour laws and was advised against shooting the scene due to its danger, but he pressed ahead regardless. To have him as a cameo is a huge stain and thoughtless in the extreme to the families of those who lost loved ones. I would have expected better insight.
