Billionaire shipping magnate Eric Benirall (Sam Neill) is fighting a losing battle with the Bermuda Triangle. Growing frustrated with the escalating loss of his cargo ships and their crews - Benirall wants answers. Looking to put an end to these disappearances once and for all, he commissions a diverse team of discipline-specific experts to solve one of the greatest mysteries of our time. Tabloid journalist Howard Thomas (Eric Stoltz), deep ocean resource engineer, Emily Patterson (Catherine Bell), meteorology professor Bruce Gellar (Michael Rodgers) and psychic Stan Latham (Bruce Davison) are hired by Benirall to get to the bottom of this legendary anomaly.

After the strange happenings of the last 48 hours and even more bizarre hallucinations, the team seems unsure as to whether or not to continue with its investigations. However, when Howard witnesses a particularly disturbing episode involving an old friend, the team becomes determined to find an answer to the bizarre events happening to them. Howard and Stan get the biggest break yet when they make contact with Karl Sheedy, an ex-Naval officer who sheds light on the U.S. Navy's activities in the area and the creation of an alleged "super weapon."

This made for tv mini-series is interesting enough that I watched it a couple of times catching new stuff each time. After the third time, though, I haven't been able to make it past the first 30 minutes before passing out, asleep.
