Watching the story unfold in this wonderful canvas of this era is quite entertaining and stimulating. The world portrayed here felt alien to me in my 2010ish world of equality between men and women. However, after a few seasons it does get repetitive and the show almost makes you wish for disasters so that the plot moves along. Worth a watch, wouldn't force anyone to finish it.
