I don't like the plot and all of the jokes, while are meant for kids, aren't funny at all; it's been done to death. All I'm saying is that it's quality isn't up to the usual Disney standard for me (ie Hannah Montana, Wizards of Waverly Place or even Girl Meets World (you should see their review on the Forbes website))

Jessie is a cute show. I don't give it 4 stars for scripts, plot, story lines, etc. I just think the actors make a silly show almost believable. Peyton List, Cameron Boyce, Karan Brar, & Kevin Chamberlin, in particular, for me, make the show work. I wish we'd see more of the penthouse, but maybe Disney didn't set aside enough soundstages for more rooms? Or at least have the parents come home every once in a while. I'm an adult, so I see the show differently than the target audience. It's cute.

Maybe it's because I love the old disney channel shows that i truly dislike this one. The jokes are corny and not funny at all, it feels like the show tries waayy too hard to be funny, and it just doesn't work. At times it can get boring and predictable. It's only strong factor maybe that it teaches kids a thing or two.
