Used to love this app. Now I can't just scroll through when I'm reading. If I move to the next chapter I can't scroll up to the previous chapter; instead I have to reselect the chapter I want from the menu. Ads are VERY intrusive. I paid for Bible Gateway + to lose the ads but I'm still getting ads. Now I can't find a way to cancel the subscription despite going through the Google Play store. Customer support is useless. They don't ever respond to messages.

As a BG+ subscriber ,you shouldn't be receiving ads. Subscriptions may be cancelled on your account settings page on the www.biblegateway.com You may contact customer care at support@biblegateway.com
The scrolling issue is one of the known issues that will be resolved in a future update.

same problems as everyone else really, except did anyone notice some of the ads that you are saddled with are not very Christian, I got one add for some sort of sex thing. you wold think that would not happen. And yea I pay for my subscription why does the app not have that also. I looked for a way to log into the app, could not find a way. So I uninstalled it completely, too bad would have been handy

Edit: I found a different app for audio. I figured this would still be my go-to to read scripture.. Except now, I can't scroll through any book. I have to go and select different chapters. After I watch 3 ads. I'm sorry, but it's like the goal is to make the app as frigid and unusable as possible. I used to be able to listen to the bible uninterrupted at work, driving, or falling asleep. Now, it stops for ads. This is the second time I wished I could undo the updates. I'm very disappointed.
