I couldn't agree more with the other 1 star reviews here. Truly, dissatisfied and disappointed with the app. Despite repeatedly uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it continues to malfunction. Even after reaching out to customer service, they still advice the same thing over and over again. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unhelpful. I hope that this will be fixed.

Prompt says OTP will been sent via email but, after multiple attempts, I never received any. Later on, I learned that the OTP was being sent via SMS. On a positive note, that emergency rescue line feature is a good idea. Now if only more of us know about it.

Such a waste of time. Can't create an account. The first issue is that it can't provide for the needed OTP. I've tried to resend it many times and when it had confirmed the OTP, the setting of the password became an other problem. Can't save the password. It always say that it can't complete the process. It's frustrating. I hope you can solve these issues and improve your app.
