Ads are horrible. Ad service puts up ads that are gambling, dating, and other 'vice' things. I don't want to allow them to see my interests, so that's the garbage they show. I am currently looking for a different Bible app. Liked it better when the pull down bar didn't reset to Genesis every time I use it. I'd rather it stay in the book I was in - I might actually be trying to look forward or backward just a chapter or two.

The ads are now intrusive and too many of them. Also the resources selection was no longer working. It said "errored". I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it fixed this problem. I still use the app but it is not as good as it once was with all the ads. 05/06/24 Still errors out on the resources page. Uninstall and reinstall fixes but unacceptable all the time so I lowered rating to 1 stars. Still obnoxious video ads that are hard to close out to use the Bible portion as well.

Used to be great.. now terrible! Tons of advertisements that go full screen and you can't get out of. The sharing function is broken, as is a bunch of other buttons that just no longer work in the app. This used to be the best app for reading the Bible, now it is almost unusable! They need a way to remove the ads, and get their basic functionality working again
