Finally came back to Goodreads after 7 years of not using it, only to find in all that time they didn't improve the site at all, and the app is even worse. Pretty sure a high schooler could design a more functional app. Uodate: I'm still using it, but constantly amazed how few functions the app is capable of. It's in dire need of an overhaul.

It's the best book keeping app I've found, yet I think it could still improve considerably. One thing I wish was easier is finding & adding friends. It would be nice to connect to social media. Overall, the interface of the app feels a bit clunky & dated. I really love being able to find almost any book on it, tracking the progress, and leaving a review. My favorite thing though is getting to see what my friends are reading and adding to the neverending want to read list 🫶

Very good app to record your books and keep up-to-date on what your friends are reading. Big con is some books have incorrect page numbers so you appear to not be further along in the book or more so then you really are. Once had a book that told me I'd reached the end and I still had 90 pages to read. Would love to have a personal edit on books I read to adjust the page count if my version is different then what they offer.
