Often, the top and/or bottom of the screen is cut off, and the app won't let me scroll to see the whole screen. Also, the app has an option to go to the website to find things not on the app. Isn't the idea of an app not to have to use the website? Put everything on the app that you can do on the website. Otherwise, it works as it should, though navigation isn't always intuitive.

My Consumer Cellular is a useful app for managing your Consumer Cellular account on the go. It provides easy access to billing information, usage details, and plan changes. However, the interface feels a bit dated and could be more intuitive. Additionally, occasional bugs and slow loading times detract from the overall experience. Overall, it gets the job done but could use some improvements for a smoother user experience.

App is useless. I cannot log into my account and cannot reset my password, and no, I did not "forget" my password. My voicemail is no longer working and I cannot fix it without logging into my account. This is the 2nd time this has happened and last time it took multiple phone calls to multiple agents (and very long wait times) before finally reaching someone who could actually help. Maybe it's time to jump ship 🚢? BTW, all the agents were very friendly and seemed to actually want to help, but.
