The application is absolutely terrible, I have logged in and after I opened the application later on, it does show only white loading screen and nothing else. The services are not better either. for the last 48 hours at least I have been experiencing lag and disconnection issues every 5-10 min. I am working from home and it is pretty much impossible to do anything at all. Paying for a service you cannot use. When I contacted their support, they told me that it's most likely to be fixed tomorrow.

Slow download and upload speed. When you do internet speed tests, it has an initial burst of fast download/uploads but then will get immediately throttled afterwards to way lower speeds than advertised. Also, I had a balance of about 11gbs of prepaid data and it just disappeared for no reason. My data balance is went to zero, overnight.

Using e-on from Vivacom and this is by far the worst experience ever!!! The picture is lagging, no support, tried to contact the support and it takes more than 30 minutes to chat with someone or to talk with an agent, etc., and no help, no explanation what is causing the issue. The App itself is not giving you the option to contact the support, no info of the usage, etc. It is just an App for payment and adding additional extras but no help, no usefull tips. Totally disappointed.
