About this app

The official application of JSC "Russian Railways" for the purchase of train tickets for long-distance trains and suburban trains with no extra charge. “Russian Railways Passengers: train tickets” will help you not only choose a route and buy a train ticket without additional fees, but also get on the train without printing a ticket, get useful information about the available services at train stations, find out if the train you are going to be late meet, etc. At the moment, the possibility of buying tickets for commuter trains is valid for 18 regions, in the near future it is planned to launch this functionality for all commuter trains.

Interacting with app is user friendly apart from tge fact that even when you choose English as your preferred language, the app still writes in Russian and there is no further option for translation

Disgusting App's translation to the English, and mostly no translation to the Chinese. Numerous service names in boxes are not translated. The biggest problem that it's impossible to buy a junior ticket otherwise than to switch to the Russian. Absolutely unclear what does it mean the fare Full, Single or Regular Non-refundable unless you switch to the Russian. Such a poor translation of the most important transportation service sets negative feedback. Hire professionals to do the work.

Frustrating experience. I didn't find an option to buy two tickets simultaneously. Have to book one ticket, then go back to search, then buy another ticket (hoping noone bought the sit next to the first one). Also I had passengers saved in my RZhD account on the website. Somehow although I logged on to my account in this app, my saved passengers didn't showup. I had to save their passport details once again. So frustrating... I'm not even talking on how difficult it is to log in to РЖД website..

For suburban destinations, you can issue only one ticket per order. Up to four tickets can be issued in one order for long-distance routes. Unfortunately, this is a limitation of the service. Work on the convenience of the application is underway.

What's new

• Добавлена возможность отслеживания билетов в поездах, в которых остались свободными только места для маломобильных пассажиров;
• Добавлена возможность просмотра карты доступности вокзала;
• Добавлен сервис видеоконсультации для инвалидов по слуху (на русском жестовом языке);
• Добавлена возможность оформления билетов с использованием ВТТ в дальнем сообщении для детей, имеющих основным документом свидетельство о рождении РФ;
• Внесен ряд незначительных, но важных исправлений.
