Ljubljana station is a mess but that's no excuse. Service is hopeless, not a bus but a van, whatever, issue is they don't even wait where the ticket says they will, they could at least place the van where the ticket says. Total disorganization making me go back and forth under the sun multiple times to figure where they are. With a half broken phone where my sim comes and goes was lucky to be able to receive their call. Sent me a pin on maps and it was still off and made me walk OD

The support is the bot who tells you, "you have register first", no matter what you ask. Even when you are registered. Does not work with Georgian numbers starting with 500..

really good booking on the website, clear instructions, good price, comfy bus, friendly driver, clean. the only issue was the app as it said that my trip was not available on the day I needed it, but the website had no issues and I got the ticket and the trip happened. so I think the app lacks reliable connection to database or something, don't stress, try the website.
