This App has been developed by the Biomedical Laboratory Team of the Department of Electronics, National Yunlin University of Science and Technology for many years and will be continuously updated for a long time.

[Comprehensive Medication Reminder and Recording] is an application developed from the perspective of the needs of the general public. In particular, we consider that people in non-metropolitan areas can use it even without the Internet, and we hope that we can do our best to ensure medication safety. Let everyone care about and understand the medicines they take. And take medicine correctly according to the doctor/pharmacist's instructions to achieve the best medical effect.

All hospitals are welcome to contact us and we will write it into the APP for free.
We hope that all hospitals/clinics/pharmacies will participate together and provide the public with QR CODE in a format that can be read by this APP, so that everyone can work together to improve drug safety for everyone!

This APP is designed to allow users to automatically set the taking time of each medicine and create a personal medication history by scanning the QR Code in two dimensions after receiving the medicine. It can help elders or ordinary people who often forget to take medicine at the correct time.

Users are advised to carry their medication information with them so that when they go to different hospitals for treatment, they can directly show it to the doctor to know which medicines they are currently taking, so as to avoid the problem of repeated prescriptions.

We also want to use this APP to subtly educate the public to pay attention to their own medication, and provide correct information for doctors to make more appropriate judgments!

Currently, the QR CODEs that can be scanned include National Taiwan University Hospital system prescription signatures, Sun Yat-sen Medical University Hospital, Children's General Hospital, and National Cheng Kung University Hospital Douliu Branch. Soon to join Shenggong Hospital and Joseph Hospital



We are willing to add medical institutions and units that are willing to participate in the program free of charge. Welcome to contact us via email.

One-finger operation → simple, fast and correct (can avoid human errors)

Can be used offline → After grabbing drug information or pictures for the first time, it can be used offline. It has complete functions even without the Internet!
So there is no need to worry if the elders’ mobile phones do not have 3G network.

(1) One-finger magic: Just scan the QR CODE to set it quickly. There is no need to enter drug names, usage and other information one by one, and it can also avoid reminder errors caused by manual input.

(2) You can also manually enter medication reminders: People can also record the medication information prescribed by hospitals or clinics that are not currently participating in providing the format of this APP.

(3) You can set reminders for various usages: In addition to the built-in breakfast/noon/night, before meals, after meals, and before bed times, if the usage is - once every 6 hours, once every 2 days, Once a week... etc. can be set.

(4) In addition to popping up drug information, reminders will also be voiced (in Mandarin, Taiwanese, English, and you can also record your own - foreign caregivers can record their own language)

(5) You can completely record all your medication records: You can set the period to be queried, which is not limited to 3 months in the cloud medication calendar. Physicians can learn from the APP history which drugs the patient has taken currently or previously.

(6) If it is judged that there is suspected repeated use of medication, a reminder will be given. You can also set a slow-signing medication reminder.

(7) There is a drug-food interaction reminder, which will be displayed on the pop-up reminder message for taking medicine.

(8) Different users can be set up in the APP, so all the medication information of a family can be recorded

(9) You can export/import account information, back up your medication records by yourself, and you can also bring the records to a new mobile phone when you change your phone.

(10) Provide online registration links and drug-related health and education information for hospitals in all counties and cities in Taiwan.
