Dear Toffee Support Team, Ertugrul and Kurulus Osman through the Toffee app have been the main source of entertainment for me and my family. However, for the past week, no programs have been accessible on the Toffee app via our Android TV. Every time we try to watch something, it repeatedly shows the message “Forbidden.” This is quite frustrating, especially considering that I have paid for the app. I kindly request that this issue be resolved at the earliest possible time.

There is a huge lack of content, there are a lot of problems with data packs, and I find it very disappointing and scary that they will charge you from your regular data even after you buy a Toffee data pack. There is a lot of content shortage and none of their customer service representatives can solve the problem with this data pack.I really want Toffee to be the number one OTT platform in Bangladesh, but with what they are starting with data packs, I don't want Toffee to come back.
