One thing I always hate about “Ryze" is, we can't see how much Internet balance we have left. In Banglalink app, you could see each and every informations of your SIM, but Ryze doesn't give us that opportunity. And this is the only greatest disadvantage of this app which should be fixed as soon as possible. And also, the user interface of the app is not user-friendly. I have been using this app for a long time, but still I couldn't get used to with the interface of the app.

the app is really great and useful so far unlike other sim apps, my only wish if you could add a more affordable 30 days pack beacause the vibe pack is actually a bit excessive, both the price and what i get, i mean i as a student really don't need more than 10 gb and 100 min so please add a more reasonable pack with a bit cheaper price please please please.

Very bad service and sales system. I ordered a Ryze SIM card on 25 October 2025, and today is 07 November 2025—it has been over 12 days, and I still haven’t received the SIM or any call from the service provider. I had to call them myself twice, but the customer care agents couldn’t tell me when I would receive it or answer my questions properly. Very disappointing experience. Not recommended at all..
