Ryze is doing an incredible job so far. Their value for money packages and support are truly commendable. However, I’ve noticed there are only about 5 internet packs available, which is quite limited for users. We really need more variety! Specifically, adding more budget-friendly packs under 100 BDT would be amazing. Also, please consider adding some main minute packs soon. We are staying with Ryze and want to see you become the absolute best through your service. Keep up the great work!

​I am very disappointed with the "3-day" pack validity. Unlike other operators that provide a full 72-hour service, Ryze uses a "Calendar Day" system. I bought a pack at 8:05 PM, and it expired way before 72 hours. This is misleading for customers who expect a standard 3-day duration. Please update your policy to match industry standards or clearly mention "Calendar Day" during purchase. Very poor experience!

Best SIM I have ever used. But there are some functions it is missing - 1. Custom Data / Minutes pack buying ( not the add-on one) 2. Add more data packs
