totally unusable. I want to log in and you sent me the code but I receive an error message saying "the connection is abnormal". when no JkoPay before, I can order goods from china thru cash on delivery in Shopee.but my order has always been canceled by shopee saying "payment was not made on time"!! this application was interfering..funny because I used to buy thru Cash on delivery.

I try to register my number and after I receive the code and input it, it always says "connection abnormality please log in again". Why is that? it's so hard to register in this app

Stupid app. Need it to order stuff from China. Ugh. Perhaps, since it's for foreign purchases... maybe an option for English or any other language could be useful. Too much foresight? Thought so. Nevermind. OH, u have customer service!?! Well then, I better call it asap, whenever I need to use your app so u can translate it for me and tell me what to click on. What a bright idea! Who needs language options when u can just call the geniuses at Jiekou customer service. Now that's smart thinkin!
