The mindfulness program “Seed of Happiness” provided by Breeseed is a 35-day mindfulness program that reflects the main core of the healing mechanism of scientifically verified mindfulness meditation such as MBSR and MBCT.
“Seed of Happiness” consists of a total of 5 themes, and each theme has a 7-day mindfulness education process. You will receive meditation education and records for 5 days, and systematically learn and practice mindfulness through repeated learning for 2 days.
