Learn about eating disorders, and write down your favorites as a pledge. And based on what you learn, keep a record of your diet and weight. By the end of the clinical trial, you will be able to see yourself with healthy eating habits without any plans or commitments.

Provides an education course suitable for me through pre-diagnosis, and diagnoses my eating habits that have changed through post-diagnosis after completing the course
