'Healing e-Forest' is a free forest healing app that anyone can use in forests and parks near their homes.
We provide location information on forest welfare facilities across the country (National Forest Healing Center, Healing Forest, Forest Chewon) and course information on the best healing forest trail that will help with healing and recovery, so you can follow it on your own to improve immunity, improve health, and relieve stress. You can experience the [self-healing program] and forest healing process through VR 360 video, and also watch ASMR videos around the forest healing center for mental and physical stability and relaxation. 'Healing e-Forest' is connected to an InBody band dedicated to forest healing and a blood pressure monitor to provide a forest healing report on the forest healing effects.
If you have experienced the mysterious healing effects of forests even for a moment through this service, the Korea Forest Welfare Agency is satisfied with that.
In the future, we will realize universal forest welfare by providing better services and expanding diverse content.

Even if you are not at a forest welfare facility, you can indirectly experience forest healing programs in the forests around you through self-forest healing activities.

○ Forest healing facilities and program services
We introduce forest welfare facilities such as healing centers and forest centers operated by the Korea Forest Welfare Agency, as well as forest healing programs.
You can use the forest healing program at the forest welfare facility in a smarter way through the InBody Band and the “Healing eForest” app.

Activity level, biometric information, number of steps, sleep information, blood pressure information, etc. are stored and analyzed on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

- Measures and records body composition (weight, skeletal muscle mass, body fat mass, BMI), sleep information, and heart rate in conjunction with InBody Band 2 and 3.

- Follow easily and safely with risk information and POI information around the Healing Forest Trail.
- Direction and exercise information can be checked by linking with Galaxy Watch 4 (WearOS)
