About this app

This is a 100% free meditation app that will improve your mental well-being with guided meditations, breathing exercises, mindfulness practices and more. Here you will not meet unfamiliar words or uncomfortable interfaces: there is only one button, after pressing which a guided meditation starts, every day is different.

We created this app to help you build a lasting meditation habit by trying different methods and techniques.
Why exactly twelve?
Because each meditation session will last 12 minutes.
There are scientific studies that claim that twenty minutes of meditation improves mood, attention, concentration and reduces anxiety.
Some specialists recommend meditating in shorter sessions of 10-15 minutes.
So, our goal is to form a habit of meditating and stick to this habit, enjoying the process itself.
