A gem of an app. You can choose which habit you want to focus on. Some are not possible for me (the exercise one) so there is the option to create your own. It is focusing on the positive which is a really nice thing to be surrounded by. I like the option that you can scratch off your daily suggestion or you have the reveal You can also add notes. I'm glad I found it and already got family members using it.

After all the great reviews I decided to give it a go to help me with the nail biting life long habit. I had to create my own challenge and personal motivation, but the daily reminders were really helpful to keep me focus. I also like the note area to write my own comments, but I wished there were a daily photo update available too with it. Overall, probably one of the best thing I've started (and one of the most useful app!). So thank you very very much.

This is a WONDERFUL app that is absolutely perfect for those struggling with motivation, procrastination, feelings of being overwhelmed by the mountain of 'things to do.' If you struggle with depression, I highly recommend combining this with a CBT app to help manage the negative thoughts, while this app helps with the positive. Feedback: some daily suggestions aren't feasible for everyone, but you can use your imagination Eg. Wash Car > wash bike. But they should reconsider.
