227 is a structured way to measure your BP at home every time before visiting your Doctor. According to the guidelines the right way to monitor BP is to follow a proper schedule for the measurement. i.e. Measurements for 7 days (at least 3 days), Morning and evening measurements, Before drug intake if treated and before meals, Two measurements on each occasion with 1 min between them.
