I loved this app when my fiancee referred it to me for the first time I started using it, but after that wiped my phone for memory cleansing, l re-installed it and I couldn't be able to login back. Both my phone number, user name, and the password are always be rejected...

For the 5 days now , have not been able to access the app. So I decided to logout and re-login but that was the ever stupid thing I did because it's unfortunate that despite all my trials to login, it kept rejecting the information I gave claiming they were incorrect. I was really affected because I couldn't subscribe my line. It was expected to have other means to login in this case even if one forgets his/her password. Can't even get customer care call services to log my complaint. Do somthing
